1. Pistachio Muffins

Ingredients-

  • Flour – 100 gms
  • Sugar – 100 gms
  • Margarine – 100 gms
  • Egg- 2 
  • Pistachio flavour- as required
  • Baking powder- 2 gms
  • Pistachio nuts- 40 gms

 

Method-

1. Beat egg and sugar together and keep it aside for a while.

2. Sieve flour and baking powder.

3. Then beat and cream the margarine nicely and add the flour mixture into this fat mixture.

4. Now add the whisked egg mixture into this flour-fat mixture little by little.

5. Add the pistachio flavour to this and sprinkle some minced nuts into it. Make sure that the mixture is not curdling and pour the batter into a prepared muffin mould.

6. Garnish the batter with some chopped pistachio and bake at 200 degrees celsius for about 15 to 20 minutes.

7. After baking, de-mould and cool it down. Your Pistachio muffins are ready now.

 

2. Orange Muffins

Ingredients-

  • Flour – 100 gms
  • Sugar – 100 gms
  • Margarine – 100 gms
  • Egg- 2 
  • Orange flavour- as required
  • Baking powder- 2 gms
  • Orange colour- as required

 

Method-

1. Beat egg and sugar together and keep it aside for a while.

2. Sieve flour and baking powder. 

3. Then beat and cream the margarine nicely and add the flour mixture into this fat mixture.

4. Now add the whisked egg mixture into this flour-fat mixture little by little. Add the orange flavour and colour to it.

5. Make sure that the mixture is not curdling and pour the batter into a prepared muffin.

6. Bake at 200 degrees celsius for about 15 to 20 minutes.

7. After baking, de-mould and cool it down. Your tasty Orange muffins are ready to serve hot.

 

3. Mocha Muffins

Ingredients-

  • Flour – 100 gms
  • Sugar – 100 gms
  • Margarine – 100 gms
  • Egg- 2 
  • Coffee flavour- as required
  • Baking powder- 2 gms
  • Instant Coffee powder- 7 gms

 

Method-

1. Beat egg and sugar together and keep it aside for a while.

2. Sieve flour and baking powder and make a solution by adding the coffee powder to the hot water.

3. Then beat and cream the margarine nicely and add the flour mixture into the fat mixture.

4. Now add the whisked egg mixture into this flour-fat mixture little by little.

5. Add the essence to this and add the coffee solution until the colour is visible and flavoured.

6. Make sure that the mixture is not curdling and pour the batter into a prepared muffin mould.

7. Bake at 200 degrees celsius for about 15 to 20 minutes.

8. After baking, de-mould and cool it down. Have these Mocha muffins along with a cappuccino or a hot coffee.

4. Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients-

• Flour - 100gms

• Sugar- 100 gms

• Margarine - 100gms

• Egg – 2 

• Chocolate – as required

• Baking Powder – 2gms

• Cocoa powder – 7gms

Method-

1. Wipe the egg with sugar and keep it aside.

2. Mix and sieve flour with baking powder and cocoa powder.

3. Then beat and cream the margarine nicely and add the flour mixture into this fat mixture.

4. Now add the whisked egg mixture into this flour-fat mixture little by little. Then, add the chocolate flavour to it.

5. Make sure that the mixture is not curdling and pour the batter into a prepared muffin.

6. Bake at 200 degrees celsius for about 15 to 20 minutes.

7. After baking, de-mould and cool it down. Your mouth-watering Chocolate Muffins are ready now. 

5. Walnut Muffins

Ingredients-

• Margarine - 100gms

• Baking Powder – 2gms

• Walnuts - 40gms

6. Raisin Muffins

Ingredients-

• Egg – 2 

• Vanilla flavour – as required

• Baking Powder – 2gms

• Raisins – 40gms

Method-
