Animal Builders
Building a home or something without any technical tools and resources is an amazing thing. All the tiny creatures around us are capable to do this. Let's see some of them.

ANIMAL BUILDERS
Beavers
Constructing dams is not an easy task even for humans? But beavers are capable to work upon amazing dams. Beavers are large rodents having large growing front teeth. They will cut down trees by gnawing with these teeth and gather mud and sticks for building purposes. These hard-working creatures thus create dams across shallow creeks to create ponds, where they will be provided with food and protection during the winter season. They stay in the lodges within the dams and also built canals for the need of transporting raw materials
Prairie dogs
Prairie dogs are the kind of squirrel found in the American grasslands. They live in burrows as family groups and each group having around 100 burrows that are interconnected by a network of tunnels. These groups are well organized to form townships. Amazingly, there are even wardens posted to make others aware of the approach of predators. Their townships are characterized by large and raised entrances.
Weaver ants
It is very surprising that these tiny ants are even able to construct colonies that can house millions of ants. Many of these colonies are enormous, some of them are subterranean having transit tunnels, trash trenches, fungus gardens, and ventilation systems. Wood ants build huge heaps on tree stumps with openable vents on the sides of the nest to sustain a favorable climate inside the nest. Weaver ants live in trees and construct nests by the silk they produce in their body. Fire ants spectacularly erect small boats, tiny houses, and even bridges by linking their own body to pass building materials.
Wasp
The manner how wasp builds a home and a family should be looked upon by us, humans. Wasp constructs their nest using three materials like plant fiber, mud, and secretion. Hardwood fibers from weathered wood are chewed and mixed with their saliva. After figuring out a suitable spot like the branch of a tree or in indoor spaces, this pulp is spat out. After drying, it will get harden and shape into a six-sided cell. This cell is joined with furthermore cells to form a huge nest. Queen wasp lays eggs here and the first offsprings become the worker wasps and start to work for the enlargement and protection of the nest. During this time, the laying process continues and the worker wasps take care of the nest and young ones. Thus their home and family grow bigger and bigger eventually.
We, humans, should contemplate these tiny creatures about how they build establishments and take care of their homes and fellow beings.
