Colosseum
Colosseum known as the largest Roman Amphitheatre was built in 72 AD by Flavian emperor, Vespasian, however, the construction was only completed by his successor, Titus. This breathtaking edifice was able to seat more than 50,000 people as it has 4 main floors built with stones and concrete. The inaugural ceremony of the Colosseum witnessed the massive killing of 9000 wild animals. It was mainly used for gladiator fights and wild animal hunting.
Leaning Tower of Pisa
The construction of the Leaning Tower of Pisa situating in Italy started in 1173 and was completed in 1372. The construction process wasn’t incessant due to wars. The tower was built on foundations of soft subsoil which couldn’t support the whole tower. When the construction of secondary storey started, the lean increased. But it was partially corrected in the 20th century. This tower has 8 storeys and seven bells in the bell chamber. It never fails to make people by its ability to stay in tilt position for hundreds of years.

Forbidden City is known as one of the most important 5 palaces in the world situates in China. It was the palace of Chinese emperors during Ming and Oing regimes. It was known for its construction with more than one million people during the 15th century. Forbidden City with 90 palaces stands as the fortress for the emperor and as the political headquarters of the Chinese government. The name was owed due to the fact that ordinary people were forbidden to enter the city.
Chateau De Chenonceau
Chateau bed Chenonceau is the second most visited castle in France that proudly sits on the shore of river Cher in the Loire Valley in France. This castle was built by Charles Vlll of France in 1513. It was also known as `Ladies Castle’ and is remarkable for its elegance. The features include large bright kitchens, straight stairs, beautiful gardens, etc. Italian marble medallions were hung on the castle with the picture of a Roman emperor.
