Method
Step 1
Boil water (approx 1 litre),add pasta, 1/2 tsp salt and,1 tsp oil in the water.
Step 2
On medium flame, cover the pan and let it boil for 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 3
After the pasta has boiled properly, turn off the flame and drain all the water from it.
Step 4
Heat some oil in a pan, add green chilli and garlic and saute it for a few seconds on medium flame.
Step 5
Add onions and fry them for 2-3 minutes on medium flame, continue to stir in the middle.
Step 6
Put the carrots and fry them for 2-3 minutes on medium flame, continue to stir in between.
Step 7
Add the chopped tomatoes, keep the pan covered and let the tomato cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
Step 8
Open the cover and stir it. Add the chopped capsicum and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
Step 9
Add ketchup, soy sauce, and red soya sauce and blend it appropriately.
Step 10
Add boiled pasta and salt, blend it and cook it for a few minutes on low flame(cover the container).
Step 11
Sprinkle crushed black pepper and pasta mix, mix it properly and turn off the flame.
Step 12
Grate cheese on it as per your taste, vegetable cheesy pasta is ready to serve, serve hot.
