Step 1
Heat ghee in a pan and add Add gram flour(besan) into the pan.
Step 2
Roast the besan for 12-13 minutes on low flame, continue to mix.
Step 3
Turn off the flame and let it cool down totally.
Step 4
Add crushed cashew, cardamom powder, powdered sugar, and blend it appropriately.
Step 5
Try to make a ladoo to check if the flour mixture binds well. Add little ghee if the mixture is dry.
Step 6
Take a small part of the mixture and roll it into a ladoo.
Step 7
Repeat the process to make the ladoos from the remaining mixture.
Step 8
The Besan laddu is ready to eat, store it in an airtight container and consume it within 10-12 days.
