Palak Corn Vegetable in North Indian Style

Palak Corn | Palak Corn Sabzi
Preparing Palak Corn sabzi is quite a tedious job. It is also healthier because no oil is added. If you want to eat fresh vegetables with a full aroma, then Palak Corn Sabzi is your recipe!

Step 1
Heat 2 glass of water in a pan and put the spinach in it.
Step 2
Cook it for 2 minutes then turn off the flame and take out the spinach in a grinding jar.
Step 3
Put ginger and garlic in the same grinding jar and grind it into a smooth paste(do not add water).
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and fry it for few seconds.
Step 5
Add onions and fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Step 6
Add capsicum and fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Step 7
Put tomato and cook it for 2-3 minutes on low-medium flame.
Step 8
Add corn and cook it for one minute on a low-medium flame.
Step 9
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, sabzi masala powder, and salt, mix it and cook it for 1/2 minute on low-medium flame.
Step 10
Put blended spinach paste and 1/2 cup of water(100 ml approx) in the pan and mix it well.
Step 11
Cover the pan and cook it for 6-7 minutes on low flame(keep stirring in between).
Step 12
Add cream then mix it and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame(cover the pan).
Step 13
Turn off the flame, Palak Corn is ready to serve.
