Let me ask you: Are we born with attitudes or do we develop them as we mature? What are the factors that form our attitudes?? If you have a negative outlook on life because of your environment, can you change your attitude??

 Most of our attitudes?? were shaped during our formative years.

While we were born with tendencies toward temperaments, there are three factors that largely determine our attitude???? formation. These are the triple E's of attitude.

1.Environment

2.Experience

3.Education

I will evaluate each of these factors individually.

Environment

Environment consists of the following:

• Home: positive or negative influences
• School: peer pressure
• Work: supportive or critical supervisor
• Media:television,newspaper,magazines,radio,movies
• Cultural Background
• Religious Background
• Traditions and beliefs
• Social environment
• Political environment

All these environments create a culture. Every place -- be it a home, organization, or a country -- has a culture. For example, you've probably been to a store where you found managers to sales clerks alike to be polite, helpful, friendly, and cheerful. Yet at another shop, you find the staff rude and discourteous.

You go to a home and find the parents and well-behaved, courteous, and considerate. You go to another home where everyone is fighting like cats and dogs.

In countries where the government and political environment is honest, generally, you will find that the people are honest, generally, you will find that the people are honest, generally, you will find that the people are honest, law-abiding, and helpful and the reverse is true too. In a corrupt environment, an honest person has a hard time. Whereas in an honest environment a corrupt person has a tough time. "In a positive environment, a marginal performer's output goes up. In a negative environment, a good performer's output goes down"

Culture in any place always goes from the top-down, never from the bottom up. We need to step back and look at what kind of environment we have created for ourselves and those around us. It is tough to expect positive behavior in a negative environment. In societies where lawlessness becomes the law, honest citizens become cheats, crooks, and dacoits.

Take some time to evaluate how the environment that you are in affects you, and the one you create others.

Experiences

Our behavior changes according to our experiences with various people. If we have a positive experience with a person, our attitude towards him is likely to be positive and conversely, negative experiences tend to make us cautious. Experiences and events become reference points in our lives, we draw conclusions that serve as guidelines for the future.

Regardless of what type of experiences we have in our past, we must never stop ourselves from moving towards our success(For knowing what is success and how I myself defined it please read my another blog on successes I wrote it will completely change your thinking vision towards right path-Thanks me later if you want to). So whether our past experiences are bad or good it should not affect our personal and non-personal life. Now some of them who didn't experience this thing will not understand and those who have experienced might have understood what I meant. Those who didn't understand let me tell you guys that sometimes if you experienced bad in your office then automatically it affects your attitude the way you behave in your home changes. If your superiors shouted at you for any reason and that give you a bad experience then you might have started your anger on someone else who is small than you in terms of age or level isn't it?. You might ask yourself can you control this thing or is this thing is in someone other's hand that what you think, how you think, and sorry to say but if someone is able to manipulate the way you think then you currently in the stage of slavery. You are a slave if someone else can control your thinking. You seriously should start the analysis of this thing and make sure next time you read my blog then you must not be manipulated by others' bad experiences they gave you. My AIM is to give you guys a nice way of living and this can be done only by unlocking your locked way of thinking.  So guy unlocks your mind and let's go into the imagination world with me where you can be creative, productive, and more successful than ever you might have thought until you have read my this blog.

Education

Education refers to both formal and informal education. We are drowning in information but starving for knowledge and wisdom. Strategically applied, knowledge translates into the wisdom which in turn translates into success.

The role of the educator is vital. A teacher affects eternity. The ripple effect is immeasurable.

Education ought to teach us not only how to make a living but also how to live.

Our current education of this '20s is currently teaching us that how to get certicates and learn only that thing which can fulfill your stomach needs. I would be glad to say that for learning about this world, this world itself teaches a lot. Our education never tells who you are, how you process and why to do something and why not. That is why I say that this education system is half and why I say that current education is wrong because it is half. Our education system strongly needs the completion of it. Now this education system will complete when they will include enlightenment(ATAM GYAN)/self-knowledge.

The Biggest question now arises is that How we should apply this education system which I am saying. You might have understood till now that why the current education system is less efficient and why we need to improve and also what to improve but the question is how to apply it in practice. So any new law or rule when to have to apply then it needs basically two things according to me one is proper planning and other is proper execution right! . So lets explorer how we can do this :

First of all, any system demands care. Any system whether its education or any other type of system says that I want to care. If you will not care for me(system) then it will fail or die right! and you will care for it then surely it will flourish itself. So you now know that how you will maintain the upcoming education of which I am talking here. Because if you guys will not know that how to maintain it then you guys will be making the same mistake and you will fail my this new education system also because there will be no difference then in both system. Every system needs to test. If you just make this system and leave it as it is then time will destroy it.
